v class="googleright">As a society [link widoczny dla zalogowanych], we are really big on expressing our opinions on various matters and the same quality has shown up with Internet marketing too. Have you ever really thought about the comments that consumers post up on websites? Many sites these days opt to allow consumers to post their comments and product reviews so that other consumers can get a good idea of the site.
Many online shoppers feel that they prefer sites that have consumer reviews. This makes sense since consumers probably feel like they are getting advice and feedback from other shoppers who have already "been here and done that". The feeling of security that one can get from someone who is more experienced than us cannot be undermined. This is basically the logic behind consumer reviews on retail sites.
On the other hand, however, there are a few consumers who feel peer reviews are actually quite biased. They feel that the website will only post reviews that speak favorably of the site. If that is the case then the reviews that are posted on a site do not really show a realistic reflection of the site and the products it offers. Either ways peer reviews are not viewed negatively for the most part. At the most [link widoczny dla zalogowanych], consumers might feel that they are of no use.
So are websites usually offering consumers the chance to post their reviews on their website? For the most part it seems that website that can afford to do so are doing it. You have to bear in mind that consumer reviews need technology to be implemented. Sites of big businesses are more open to the idea than businesses that are small or of medium size.
Of course it is not enough to have the facility to post reviews on a website. Are consumers only reading reviews of previous shoppers or are most consumers willing to post reviews of their own? The good news is that it seems a large number of Internet shoppers like to post their views and experiences on the website. It is a way of making themselves heard and also sharing their experiences with future shoppers.
Sites that allow consumers to post reviews get brownie points from visitors to the site because allowing this makes them look like they are very customer-centric. A site that not only wants to listen to its customers but also allows others to read both positive and negative reviews about them comes across as truly caring for its customers. Customers will feel that the site is working hard towards eliminating products and services that might not be up to the mark. It is extremely beneficial that consumers believe that your site is so benevolent because it would reflect in their future dealings with your site. This is a way of building trust and a healthily relationship with your consumers.
At the end of the day [link widoczny dla zalogowanych], everyone likes to speak his or her mind out. This is all the more appreciated on the Internet since you are not directly interacting with live salespeople. By posting your comments or reading other consumer's reviews you are giving the site a more human touch. Consumers who read them know that other shoppers have been there and enjoyed the experience. If the review names something negative, then you can avoid that pit and hope for a better shopping experience.
