Sookie asks Bill why he kept a file on her family, and he blames it on Eric’s “unusual interest” in her. He says he needs to find out what she is so he can protect her. “You have to trust me,” Sookie tells him, “and stop thinking of me as a thing to be protected.” Hear, hear!
Afterwards, Sookie walks into the living room and sees the body of the werewolf that Bill killed earlier. She’s no more fazed than if he were a pile of empty booze bottles left over from last night’s party, though she does prudishly cover his private parts with a towel. “There’s an old tarp out back,” she tells Bill matter-of-factly. The two of them lug out the body while bickering about the desirability of being a “normal” couple. But where do they lug the body to? Someone in Bon Temps should set up a body-disposal service. They’d make a killing. (Sorry.)
Tara Gets It Right
Eric arrives at Fangtasia looking wild-eyed after killing Talbot. Before he and Pam can find sanctuary in a human house, Nan Flanagan marches into the club leading a troop of well-equipped goons. She’s looking for V and a missing Magister, and she’s in no mood for backchat.

Sookie and Bill are in the shower. Bill feeds on Sookie and then bites his own finger in order to heal her, and their mingled blood runs down her naked body and rushes into the drain in a final, lingering shot. Yes, it’s Psycho: A Love Story.
More About Sookie’s Powers (But Not Much)
Once awake, he bustles over to Sookie’s house and tells her, “I know what you are.” Ba-dum!
Meanwhile, Bill is sleeping under his floorboards as usual when water starts dripping on his face. He lifts the trapdoor and finds himself in the middle of Sookie’s glowing glade, complete with pond, flower petals, and chandeliers. When he steps through the trapdoor, his black shirt and pants are magically white; he’s also impervious to the sunshine falling on him. Thankfully [link widoczny dla zalogowanych], there are no pretty people twirling around – just Claudine. “No, it’s impossible!” she says. “You killed her!”
She turns and runs, and he tackles her. One whiff of her skin and he nearly bites her, but she’s got her glowy-hand technique down and sends him flying across the clearing. He convinces her Sookie’s alive, but she doubts his avowal of love: “You only want her light.” But she and her people will protect Sookie [link widoczny dla zalogowanych], just as they have in the past. Bill says Sookie needs to know what she is so she can protect herself. “Please,” he begs. “What in God’s name are you?”
Tara is sitting on Sam’s couch after finally telling someone about her abduction. Sam gently suggests therapy, but T
That day, Hadley phones Sookie from the aquarium in Monroe. When Sookie arrives [link widoczny dla zalogowanych], Hadley apologizes for blabbing about her powers to Sophie-Anne and for all the crazy, bad vampire-ness that’s happened since. But the real reason she asked her to come was so Sookie could scope out her kid to see if he can read minds too. Hadley calls over a scared-looking boy of ten or so, who wonders when he’s going back to Dad’s. After a few coaxing thoughts, Sookie has a short mind-to-mind chat with him about fish. Seeing this, Hadley nearly falls apart for fear of what the vampires will do to him, and drags him off to some people she knows who can keep him safe.
