Soon after that my life changed. Yes I still had the same hectic schedule but when I came home I would retreat to my bedroom which had now become my own little tranquil retreat. I had totally out done my bedroom with a few small plants that I watered daily. Beautiful calming paintings of sunsets and a gorgeous 100 percent down comforter. During these hard times many things can cause the body a great deal of stress. In fact throughout the average Americans day, they are likely to encounter over thirty different incidents that will bring upon stress. Some of these stress related incidents vary from being backed up in traffic to trouble with your boss and finances are just an example of the daily stress someone can go through. Some would think that although stress can feel some what overwhelming at times, it still can not effect your day to day life.These accusations could not be further from the truth. In reality stress can do more than just weaken you mentally, stress can also weaken you a great deal physically.

There is a way to prevent this. By doing everything you can to create a tranquil environment to retreat to. Tranquility is an untroubled state free from disturbances. It is important for everyone to have at least eight undisturbed blissful hours of tranquility a day. I know that everyone does not have the time or money to go to a spa and be pampered for eight hours a day, and it is quite impossible to get eight hours to sit on your living room floor,while listening to recorded sounds of the ocean [link widoczny dla zalogowanych], with a little one needing attention. With three small children of my own I know this stress all too well. So instead of trying to do the impossible by attempting to actually become at peace in the middle of the day, why not change your bedroom around to fit your more tranquil life style. When I first discovered I had high blood pressure, I started looking up ways to cure it naturally. From there I eventually bumped into different articles that talked about setting a tranquil worriment and becoming more away of your good and bad chi. From there I learned allot about what natural things such as plants can bring your mind at peace and even how getting rid of synthetics and wearing more natural materials can help generate more good chi or simply have you feeling in a better mood.
Stress comes in a variety of forms. But, either way, too much stress can become deadly. When someone starts to experience an excess of stress they may to begin to develop migraines. In fact around 17 million people suffer from migraine attacks. Women over their thirties experience over 70 percent of all migraine attacks. Another result of excess stress is muscle tension and muscle spasms. Your muscles may begin to severely ache and become stiff when you experience too much stress. This in turn can result in an even greater amount of stress. When this happens it is called stacking. Continues stacking can result in very serious problems such as, high blood pressure which can be very, very dangerous. High blood pressure if left unchecked can cause stress on your blood vessel walls and can cause them to rupture which will lead to a heart attack and possibly death. The most vital reason for eliminating stress is that it can cause cancer. Stress is the main component for many cancer related illnesses. T cells which is the body's only defense for fighting off cancer related illnesses, can only be created during a period of relaxation within the body. If someone has too much stress your body can weaken and your immune system will start to produce fewer weaker cells.
