How do you see your reflection? Is it distorted in the ripples of a wave? Is it clear as in a quiet body of water? Is it completely opposite as in looking at a mirror? How you see yourself in relation to your world predicts how you will behave and perform in your daily routines.
There are many people these days who have stopped watching and reading the news. The reason is due to the fear and negativity that is created in these news casts. When you focus on fear and negativity as you go to bed at night and then again first thing in the morning

For instance, if you view your body as the perfect vessel than you will treat your body as such. You will provide your perfect body with perfect nutrition and exercise. It is when you think of yourself as less than that you do things to sabotage yourself. How can you take care of something that you do not believe is perfectly deserving?
You will create more of whatever you focus on. If you think that people around you are rude and uncaring, then that is what you will see. This is how the people in your world will behave.
