Thedynamicre-sponseanalysisofa300meterhigharchdamsubjectedtOtheartificialseismicexcitationsisstudiedandcomparedtOpredicttheeffectofnon-stationaryseismicmotion. Thecalculationresultsshowthatthenon-stationaryfrequencypropertyofseismicgroundmotionhasgreateffectsonthedynamicresponseofnonlinearstructures.
