women and mothers, we often forget almost encouraging our own hearts. It's the easiest job in the world to feel motivated and encouraged when everything seems to be going your way…but what about those days when you're tired further belief? When you're juggling not one panel, not 2, yet 102? When you feel life is more of a war than one venture?
That's why I decided to create my own "Encouraging my Heart" book. Here's a picture of bomb spliced - on the front it says Sunglasses 2011, "You are a woman of vision…creative, courageous, amazing and beautiful!" And inside I've pasted fabulous emails from people who have encouraged me with their feedback (hey - one of YOURS might even be in there, whether you've emailed me!) cards; post-it notes; I've scribbled down texts I've received from friends and clients which have buoyed me up; there are pictures or words ripped out of magazines; articles I've had promulgated; positive remarks people have made to me…anything which has given me a shove or a heave goes in there.
Then, aboard the days I feel fewer than energized - fewer than that matron of vision, who is ingenious, manful, prodigious and yes, smart - I take out the paperback and have a flick through it to prompt myself of the great material that's going above in my life. Of the people, clients and friends I've aided and who in corner, have aided me.
Being "up" all the period isn't adjustable, even fknow next to nothing ofmeone like me, who is indeed more energized and positive. That's no failure - it's cried creature people! However, there are times while I muse we can all cost a little too long wallowing; emotion we're no making a difference; that we're not doing as great for we could be.
