At Gstar 2008, Nexon announced that it has gained the license to publish Dragon Nest in North America and expect to launch it in the first half of 2009. However, at GDC 2010 Nexon America announced that Dragon Nest is planned for 2011 with Vindictus - known as Mabinogi Heroes in Korea - to launch sometime this fall.

Dragon Nest is developed by Eyedentity Games. 1up.com reported that Korea president Kim referred to Dragon Nest as the Final Fantasy to Vindictus' 300. The art style is indeed reminiscent of Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles, boasting a colorful world that stood in stark contrast to Vindictus' slightly more realistic approach. Featuring four classes in Archer,buy ffxiv gil, Warrior,cheap wow gold, Cleric and Sorceress, it's also much more in line with a normal MMORPG with its focus on player-versus-environment combat and familiar-looking skill bar.
