After discovery and checking into our motel we determined that a cup of nice Spanish wine would be in mandate. Just cross the road from our motel was a typical tapas bar which appeared apt be engaged thinking it was mid afternoon on a Friday. I ordered a cup of house red (Vino Tinto), and it was naught like a house red behind home; the quality was superb. Then, just for Coral had said the barman started to panel up one assortment of food. Now it was no like back home where the maximum you ambition get namely a small bowl of prepared salted crisps or left over barbecue potatoes (and that is for the entire pub)! These tapas were top quality generate, the type that you would pay money for somewhere in Spain and dispense of money for in England. I am narrating you it is value visiting Granada just for the free tapas!
We were first given cured ham which was mow off a pig's leg which had been hanging from the dome in the bar. Some pistachio nuts, goats cheese, a few slices of fresh baguette with olive oil (instead of butter). Over the moon with my free find, I gleefully drank my brandy and enjoyed arriving ashore holiday.
When the wine was finished we thought 'why not have dissimilar?' we were on holiday after all. We were given some fowl wings with a tomato based Spanish sauce,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], deep fried calamari (squid), extra fresh cake, and some olives. Now I am commonly rejoiced with a half amount item in a ladies clothes store, but to be given free good quality food thrilled me! Over the holiday this particular tapas bar became our 'local' the human seeing was as follows good as the wine and tapas. The people were friendly and even the affair men and women were so loosened, an uncommon sight for a Londoner!
